4. Does your stress worsened because you’re not eating healthy food? If you’re stressed, it is easy to fall into the trap of not taking care of yourself. Stop hurting yourself this way and take good care of yourself

5. If you’re taking lots of caffeine, you need to know that it might affect you especially when you’re stressed. Try to limit your caffeine intake and drink plenty of plain water instead.

6. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables and keep sugar and salt intake low.

7. Are you smoking? It’s not good for your health and will not help you cope with your stress so avoid them!

8. Your body need to relax so don’t feel guilty to take some time off to relax

9. Learn to say NO and use your time wisely

10. If you feel that you need some help, don’t afraid to ask.
